First time at the Beach
May 2nd, 2007 by Shooi
On the way back from Butterfly Farm, we made a stop at the Batu Feringghi beach. We need to walk a series of stairs to get to the beach.
Mother had weak legs, so she chose to stay by the roadside as there are some benches to sit on. Hubb, my dad and I then took Bryan to the beach.
At first I thought Bryan will be scared to walk on the sand. But the sight of the sea got him all excited and he couldn’t wait to get down.
The feel of sand does not bother him at all, and neither did he got scared of the waves around his legs.

I did not bring any extra clothing for him and the waves got his pants all wet. I should have taken off his pants before I let him get near the water.
So we stripped the boy of his pants and let him wear just his diapers when we left the beach. We went to dinner at a Nyonya restaurant at Tg Tokong, and poor Bryan had to be pant-less for the dinner. Another lesson learnt!

That is okay, we all been through that & that’s how we learn.
Btw, am sure lil’ bryan still look cool even pant-less… hehe
Bryan is very brave. Hin Lerk doesn’t even dare to move for the first 5 minutes.
It’s a good experience for Bryan to go to beach….so nice the beach, too bad here Ipoh dont have. Must bring Marcus to Penang one day…
Jayden has the exact same pants!!! from thailand right?
That is a lovely picture of Bryan running around on the beach. I love the way his shadow got casted on the sand.
Karen - I don’t think anyone mind a baby appearing in a restaurant in diapers…(i hope)
Pei Sze - Now u know why MIL calls my son a “samseng” boy.
Lovelymummy - yes, the beach is nice. We plan to go there more often
Sasha- YES! My sis bought it fr Bukit Kayu Hitam
GT: This one not intentional one. Too bad we caught another shadow in the pic. Will try to get a better one next time.
