Bryan’s First Playgroup

I took Bryan to his first playgroup gathering today at Charlotte’s mommy’s house. Coincidentally, my new house is on the next road from her house, so we’ll be neighbours end of this year.

Who else was there…well there’s Ethan, and Hin Lerk as well. Looks like a mini baby blogger gathering eh.

Bryan was initially quite shy and nervous. when we first arrived at Charlotte’s house. But when he saw the array of toys that Charlotte’s mommy has brought out, he forgot all his fears.

Look at the mess the kids created at Charlotte’s house.

Each of us brought a toy as we want our kids to learn how to share their toys.

Overall, the playgroup went well considering that this is the first time the kids got together. There wasn’t any major fights over toys that resulted in tears. But of course, kids will be kids, there there were some “naughty” acts, but I won’t tell ..I’ll let their mommies tell the tales.

Bryan,…say “Thank You” to Charlotte and her mommy & daddy.

[...] I took Ethan to his first playgroup today.  I had planned on organizing this playgroup for so many months, I am so happy it finally materialized!  After feeding Ethan his tea at about 4p.m. (strawberry yogurt), Ethan and I made our way to Charlotte’s house.  This was the second time I had gone out all alone with Ethan.  We were the first to arrive at 5:00p.m. sharp and I let Ethan and Charlotte warm up and get to know each other.  I brought along Ethan’s Sesame Street soft books to share with the rest of the kids.  Not long after, Bryan and then Hin Lerk arrived.  [...]
