Weekend planner

Nowadays, our weekend plans are dictated by Bryan. He will tell us what he wants to do. Being doting parents *ahem*we will try to oblige whenever possible.

Last weekend, he woke up from his afternoon nap and he tells me that he wants to see this

So off we go to the Botanical Gardens so that he can see some monkeys. Besides it would be good for him to get some fresh air and exercise.

Unfortunately, this boy refused to walk when he got there. He preferred to sit in the stroller and being pushed around. Either that or he demanded us to carry him.

There were definitely considerably less monkeys compared to when I was a kid. We only saw a few monkeys near the entrance because there were people giving them food. The monkeys are really quite kesian, and we saw one eating tissue paper,…

well actually licking the ketchup from a tissue. Really geram to see rubbish strewn all over the place. Not sure if it is by irresponsible people or the monkeys dug it out from the dustbin. Now if I ask Bryan, “Monkey eat what?” Bryan will reply, “Monkey eat paper” ####

Donno what happen, but Bryan is a lil ‘chicken’ nowadays. Scared of everything.

We saw some kids catching fish in the river, so we tot it will be nice for Bryan to go play in the river since the water is very shallow. But he don’t wan…Scared!

We took him to see the waterfall…Scared oso! Refuse to walk by himself. Demanded daddy to carry him.

It wasn’t until he saw some kids playing with badminton that he got interested and wanted to walk around. Actually he wanted to play badminton with the older boys but of coz no one wanted to play with him la… *Bryan u wait till didi is older, then didi play with u ok*

Then after a walk around the park, he said he want to drink coconut water. So he shared one with daddy.

PS asked me why nowadays got more hubb’s photos? Because I am busy holding the camera mah. Since I use the sling pouch nowadays, Dylan is my responsibility and Bryan is his. Hence more photos of hubb with Bryan than me.

Dylan as usual is wide awake in the beginning, but Zzzzzz off after I walk him around in the sling pouch.

So Bryan, what is your plan for this coming weekend?

This post is so real to me.

    1. Hin Lerk is scared of everything also nowadays. A big headache! After reading this post, I think maybe this is the phase that our kids went through now.

    2. Ah Ku brought him to see monkey once and he talks about monkey all the time now. But we are so lazy to bring him there. Sorry boy! :(

    3. Hin Lerk always ask for coconut drink too, almost every weekend.

    See the similarity?

p/s: I need to learn from you how to use the sling. I have one but still not yet master.

Eh, at least he sits in the stroller. Sometimes we have to force Belle to sit in hers.
